How much does Gain cost?

Gain is only $99 USD per month for up to 10 users, and $10 for each additional user.

Who is considered a user?

A user is anyone who has their own login to Gain, be they account owners, content contributors, or approvers.

Do you offer discounts?

We do! All 501(c)3 non-profits get a 50% discount on Gain.

If you’d like to pay for an entire year at once, we offer two months free!

Are there any other fees or upgrades?

Goodness, no. You get access to all of our features, and our world-class, human-staffed customer support team whether you have a handful of users or a hundred.

What if I’m a huge enterprise?

We work with large enterprises regularly, so if you have a really big team (50+ users), just let us know. We’ll work with you to get your team up and running on Gain without breaking the bank.

Will I be charged when my trial is over?

No. We don’t require a credit card up front when you take Gain for a spin with a free trial. Once your trial is up, we’ll ask if you want to continue using Gain by providing your payment details. If you choose not to continue using Gain, you can cancel with a click, no strings attached.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Gain subscription at any time.

Can I take a longer trial?

Of course! If you need more time, just let us know, and we will extend your trial.
